Booking Terms & Conditions:
- Prices are per apartment;
- the agreed price is inclusive of internet wireless, electricity, water, gas, TV, bed and kitchen linen with weekly change, final cleaning;
- the independent heating has to be paid extra;
- payment in advance of 30% at reservation;
- final payment at check in;
- in case of cancellation the payment in advance will not given back;
- for cat or dog in the apartment 20 euro extra for final cleaning;
- in high season guests are required to leave the accommodation by 10.00 o'clock on the departure day and arrive after h. 2.00 pm.
