is inclusive of internet wireless, electricity, water, gas, TV,
bed and kitchen linen with weekly change, final
cleaning.
The rates do not include: bath linen,
the independent heating has to be paid extra.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Payment in advance of 30% at reservation;
- Final payment at check in;
- For cat or dog in the apartment 20 euro extra for final cleaning;
- In case of cancellation the payment in advance will not given
back;
