The price is per apartment for 3/4 guests.
Extra bed 25 € per night.
Stays of minimum 2 nights are welcome.
Periods falling on national holidays and "bridges" require a minimum of 3/4 nights.
July and August only weekly stays.
Minimum price in low season 120 € per night
Maximum price in August 1400 € per week

Rates & Services
The rates include: the agreed price is inclusive of all utilities, bedroom bath and kitchen linen with weekly change, weekly cleaning, heating, covered parking, internet wireless (in all the estate). Outdoors are well equipped for relaxing moment and BBQ grill. We do not provide meal services but in the apartment you will find coffee, various teas, sugar, our organic olive oil (if available)and the basic necessities.
The rates do not include: Tourism Tax 1,50€/person a day for a maximum of 7 nights (children under 14 years old don't pay). For your dog in the apartment (max 1 for accommodation): 20 euro for final extra cleaning. Use of washing machine € 5 per wash. We do not provide breakfast/restaurant service.
Booking conditions
- Down payment of 30% at reservation with bank transfer.
- Final payment at check in.
- In case of cancellation 30 days before your arrival the deposit will not be returned, unless otherwise agreed.
- In case of cancellation 7 days before the expected day of arrival or for any early departures, payment of the total amount agreed upon at the time of booking is due.
